Max’s started manufacturing and selling lemon soap before World War II, which was well-known as elementary school hand-washing soap. At the time, the sanitary environment in Japan was not as good as it is today, and keeping one’s body clean with soap was very important.
The company’s representative at that time wished that as many people as possible could enjoy washing their bodies and live healthy lives.
Since then, we have developed gift soaps and bath salts for mid-year and year-end gifts, a series of additive-free products that are gentle on the body, and cosmetic soaps that enhance skin functions.
We have always listened carefully to the voices of our customers and developed various products that meet the needs of the times.
Currently, we are engaged in various research and development activities under the management philosophy of solving customers’ problems and bringing smiles to their faces through our products.
