This Vitamin C Toner is designed to maintain healthy skin, enhance the skin’s natural beauty, reveal a translucent glow, and address dryness and dullness caused by aging. In addition to pure Vitamin C1 and mineral Vitamin C derivative2, it also contains a new sustained-release Vitamin C derivative3 and a penetrating moisturizing Vitamin C derivative4. It is further formulated with Refine Control, a complex moisturizing ingredient that supports Vitamin C. It also includes Clear Advanced Complex, a complex moisturizing ingredient focused on the translucency of hydrated, healthy skin. Its slightly viscous texture penetrates deep into the stratum corneum via the unique Deep Target Delivery II penetration formula—acting like a serum—to leave the skin hydrated, translucent, firm, and radiant.

Usage Instructions:
