Instructions:

Freeze the gel pack for at least 3 hours.

While wearing underwear or pajamas, place your arms through the elastic bands on both sides.

Use the connecting elastic bands to adjust the length and position it at the base of the neck.

When the gel pack warms up, replace it with cooled gel.

Precautions:

Do not consume this product.

Do not use on children under 6 months of age, as they may become too cold.

Do not use after warming.

You can freeze the pack with the lid on, but if you do, place it in a plastic bag to cool.

Be careful not to use this product for purposes other than its intended use, as this may damage it.

If the gel pack ruptures and the contents get onto clothing or your body, wipe it with a cloth and then rinse with water.

Always use under adult supervision to prevent children from putting it in their mouths or wrapping the connecting elastic band around their necks.
