To protect your rights, this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“this Policy”) has been established. Please carefully read and fully understand the following terms before placing an order or requesting after-sales service.

(1) Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all orders placed through the YaBuyBuy platform, including our website, mobile apps, and WeChat Mini Programs.
(2) Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions (Important)
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items that have been opened or used (e.g., cosmetics, food, health products, or any hygiene-related items);
• Orders for which no after-sales request is made within 7 days of delivery;
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., disliking the smell, color differences, or unmet expectations);
• Items damaged, lost, polluted, or improperly stored due to customer negligence;
• Items clearly marked “non-refundable,” including clearance, pre-sale, special discount, or customized products;
• Packages returned due to customs failure or clearance issues (see Section 5);
• Other cases explicitly disqualified by law or platform notices.
(3) Eligible Return & Refund Conditions
You may apply for a return or refund if one of the following conditions is met:
• The item is damaged, deteriorated, leaking, or has other quality issues upon arrival;
• The item is incorrect, missing from the package, or the outer packaging is seriously damaged;
• The item is heavily damaged during transit and becomes unusable;
• The item has not shipped beyond the promised timeframe (excluding pre-orders);
• For pre-sale items, if they are not shipped within 30 days of the estimated date, a no-fault refund may be requested.
Please apply for after-sales service via [My Orders] > [Request After-Sales] within 7 days of receiving the item and include photos and a detailed description.
(4) Return Process & Refund Timeline
• Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions;
• Please return the product within 5 calendar days and provide the tracking number;
• After we confirm the returned item is in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days;
• For quality-related returns, YaBuyBuy will cover return shipping costs; for non-quality returns, the customer bears the cost;
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Arrival time depends on your payment provider.
(5) Customs Failure & Special Risk Clauses
• If a parcel is returned or destroyed due to the user’s failure to provide accurate customs information, refusal to accept delivery, or being unreachable, YaBuyBuy will not be liable or issue a refund;
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., policy changes, quarantine controls, customs inspections), we will assist with communication, but full refunds or reshipment are not guaranteed;
• For parcels officially destroyed by customs due to entry refusal, we will provide proof, and no compensation will be given.
(6) Additional Notes
• Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary;
• Overseas orders carry certain risks such as shipping delays, customs inspection, and language misunderstandings—please be aware before ordering;
• This Policy forms part of your agreement with YaBuyBuy, together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy;
