During the investigation, the courier company may contact you via email or phone. Please keep your communication channels open and respond promptly.

The following situations are not covered under our lost package compensation policy:

a. Incorrect recipient name or failure to register with building management, causing delivery failure;

·If item quantity is disputed but warehouse records and packing videos show no error, no compensation will be issued;

If you have not received certain items in your order, it may be due to unavoidable circumstances such as the manufacturer discontinuing the product.

Before shipment, we will attempt to contact you via email, SMS, or phone. If no response is received through any channel, we will proceed to ship the remaining items in your order and include a notice of the out-of-stock item inside the package, while processing a refund for the missing item.
