User Registration Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between KOSEI,K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “YaBuyBuy” or “we”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as “you“) who registers, logs in, and uses the services on the YaBuyBuy Platform (hereinafter referred to as “this Platform”).
By clicking “Register” or using the Platform in any way, you agree that you have fully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and will be legally bound by it.
Important Notice:
If you are under 16 years of age, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Article 1: Acceptance of Agreement
1.1 This Agreement applies to all your activities on the Platform, including registration, shopping, browsing, and commenting.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using our services immediately.
1.3 YaBuyBuy reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, restrict access, or cancel orders at its sole discretion as permitted by law.
Article 2: User Information Management
2.1 You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information and for updating it in a timely manner.
2.2 You must safeguard your account and password and must not lend, rent, or transfer them.
2.3 We will protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
2.4 We may send you notifications via SMS, email, or app notices.
2.5 You may not collect or use others’ personal data without authorization.
2.6 Your data may be stored on servers located in Japan or other legally permitted regions.
Article 3: Product and Transaction Information
3.1 Product information is subject to change. Delays or errors may occur due to technical reasons.
3.2 Displaying product information is only an invitation to offer. A binding contract is formed only upon shipment.
3.3 We may cancel orders in cases of errors, stock issues, or abnormal payment activity.
Article 4: Shipping and Fulfillment
4.1 Goods will be delivered to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures due to:
(1) Wrong address
(2) Refusal or absence of recipient
(3) Force majeure
(4) Other reasons beyond our control
Article 5: User Conduct
5.1 You must not:
(1) Post false or illegal content
(2) Impersonate others
(3) Submit fraudulent or malicious orders
(4) Infringe on others’ rights
(5) Tamper with or disrupt the Platform
5.2 We may restrict, freeze, or delete accounts in violation of these rules and pursue legal liability.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
6.1 All content belongs to YaBuyBuy or its licensors.
6.2 You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
Article 7: Suspension and Termination
7.1 We may suspend or terminate services if violations or risks are detected.
7.2 You may request to close your account. Records will be retained as required by law.
7.3 We may suspend or terminate all or part of the service with prior notice.
Article 8: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Services are provided “as-is” without guarantees.
8.2 We are not liable for loss caused by force majeure or uncontrollable factors.
8.3 We are not liable for losses resulting from your own actions.
8.4 We are not responsible for customs delays or external events such as war or disaster.
Article 9: Changes to Agreement
9.1 YaBuyBuy may revise this Agreement and post changes on the Platform.
9.2 If you disagree, you must stop using the service. Continued use means acceptance.
Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the court with jurisdiction over the registered location of KOSEI, K.K. (Kyoto District Court).
Article 11: Miscellaneous
11.1 Clause titles are for convenience only.
11.2 If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
11.3 This Agreement takes effect once you click “Agree and Register”.
